Employer branding campaign (pitch)

Berlin

Infineon is a German semiconductor manufacturer with a hidden but enormous presence in our daily life: a lot of the chips inserted in the things we use are produced by them. Such an industry requires highly qualified talent and they are hard to catch.

The campaign leverages the research insight that says these employees want to be recognised for their intellectual contribution and usually they have global-size ambitions. The visual translation results in a powerful look and futuristic aesthetic that puts the employee in the center and elevates them as heroes.
